The Brief
Univista Insurance, a Miami-founded agency operating across Florida, Texas, California, and Arizona since 2006, wanted a mobile app that let customers purchase insurance and get quotes digitally, instead of relying only on phone calls or in-person visits to an agent.
The Challenge
The app needed to support a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, commercial, and Medicare Advantage, let customers find and connect with a nearby licensed agent using their location, and give agents their own login to track and manage incoming leads.
The Result
The Univista Insurance app launched on iOS and Android, and has since grown to over 10,000 downloads and helped more than 4,000 customers get insured, maintaining a 4.7-star rating from users.
